Went to Kasauli looking for sukoon, silence, and a little peace for my heart… but the trip suddenly turned into one of the most painful experiences physically. Out of nowhere, I got severe stone pain — unbearable to the point where I couldn’t even drive my own car or understand what to do next.
And in that moment, strangers became my biggest support system.
Lalit, a young boy from the hotel staff, stayed beside me the entire day like family. He took me to the hospital, waited there for hours without even caring about food or rest, helped with everything, and safely brought me back to the hotel. Not once did he make me feel like I was alone in an unfamiliar place. I don’t think he even realizes how much that kindness meant to me in that moment.
Deepak sir was equally warm, genuine, and deeply caring. The entire staff treated me with so much humanity and concern that it honestly touched my heart.
People say pahadon mein sukoon milta hai… maybe it’s because the people there carry such pure hearts. 🤍
Even in pain, I’ll remember this place for the comfort, kindness, and humanity I received. The property has beautiful soothing views, peaceful surroundings, and most importantly, people who truly care. Grateful beyond words.
